Nope! We are proud to be cruelty-free. We also choose to not sell our products in countries that require animal testing.

APTO products are made from natural ingredients so our products do expire. Generally, our products are best if used within 12 months of purchase.

You should stop the use of any product immediately if you notice any discomfort or redness indicating an allergic reaction. Contact your doctor for further instruction.

No, however, if you are using our products to tackle any problem you have with your skin, it would be best to prevent further damage UV rays can cause. It is very important to use SPF daily to prevent premature aging, uneven skin tone, dark spots, and other potential threats to the well being of your skin.

Since we do not use chemical preservatives, contact with oxygen can slightly change the color of this specific serum over time. Don't worry! This cloudiness does NOT make the product less effective or less pure. We wouldn't sell it if it did!

Orders placed Monday-Friday ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Currently, we only ship with USPS.

Shipping costs are based on the order weight, location and desired method of shipping and will be calculated on the Checkout page of our website. By default, our system will always recommend the least expensive method of shipping, but should you decide to expedite delivery, you can easily do so. Your shipping quote will be calculated and displayed before you enter your payment information.

We do not ship internationally at this time. We ship only within the continental United States.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email at hello@aptoskincare.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.

Please note that APTO Skincare is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to APTO Skincare.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at hello@aptoskincare.com, attaching a picture of the product. We will arrange for the carrier to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Once you introduce your credit card information for the first time, it will be stored safely for future purchases if you decide to create an account wit us. You can always delete your payment information and account at a latter date.
